Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Team-in account and all associated data at any time, either from within the app or by requesting it here.

Option 1: Delete from within the app

Open Team-in and sign in.
Go to the You tab → Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, email us at support@team-in.com from the email address associated with your account (or otherwise verifiably confirm your identity) and request account deletion. We'll process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile (name, email, phone, bio, city, interests, age group, avatar).
Events you created, and your participation in events you joined.
Chat messages, friend connections, follows, blocks, and reports tied to your account.
Your sign-in credentials — your account cannot be recovered after deletion.

Some information other users have about you outside the app (e.g. screenshots) is not something we can delete. Content you sent may remain visible to other participants of a shared event chat for a short period until removal fully propagates.
