These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Team-in (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. You can also browse open games without an account — see the "Browsing without an account" section of our Privacy Policy for what that involves.
You must be at least 16 years old to create a Team-in account. We check your date of birth against this minimum when you sign up, both in the app and on our servers — an account that doesn't meet it is not created. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for all activity under your account. You can sign in with a Google account, an Apple ID (Sign in with Apple, iOS only), or an email address you control — each email address can only be linked to one account at a time.
When creating events, joining events, or chatting with other users, you agree not to:
We provide in-app tools to report users, events, or messages, and to block other users. We may investigate reports and may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
Team-in is a platform to help people organize and find group sports/fitness meetups, including optional pickup/rideshare coordination between participants. We are not a party to any event, ride, or activity arranged through the app, and we do not screen, supervise, or guarantee the safety of any user, event, or arrangement. You participate in events and rides at your own risk and are responsible for exercising your own judgment (e.g. meeting in public places, verifying who you're meeting).
You retain ownership of the content you post (profile info, event details, chat messages, photos), but you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the app's features.
You can delete your own account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app — this is immediate and permanent. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any event or user interaction will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team-in and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including damages related to in-person meetups or rides arranged through it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
